01Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Blood Pressure Diary ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of Blood Pressure Diary, including free and future paid versions of the App.

02App Description

Blood Pressure Diary is an Android application that allows users to log, track, and manage their blood pressure readings over time. Features include:

• Logging systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings
• Recording measurement context (date, time, body position, arm used)
• Adding notes and tags to readings
• Tracking medications and dosages
• Setting blood pressure targets and reminders
• Exporting data as CSV or PDF
• Viewing health information articles

03Not a Medical Device

It does not:

• Diagnose any medical condition
• Treat or prevent any disease or health condition
• Provide medical advice or recommendations
• Replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional

Always consult your doctor or healthcare provider about your blood pressure and health. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it based on information in this App.

04License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Blood Pressure Diary on your Android device for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices within the App

05Your Data

All health data you enter into Blood Pressure Diary is stored locally on your device. Your health data is never uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties. You retain full ownership and control of your data at all times.

You may export your data as CSV or PDF, or delete all data at any time via Settings → Delete All Data. Uninstalling the App permanently removes all locally stored data.

06Advertising

Blood Pressure Diary is supported by advertisements provided by Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network. Ads are displayed only on informational and settings screens, never on screens showing your health data or blood pressure readings.

By using the App, you acknowledge that these advertising networks may collect certain device and usage data for advertising purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy and in the privacy policies of Google and Meta.

07Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Blood Pressure Diary to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App's systems or infrastructure
• Distribute malware or harmful code through the App
• Misrepresent your identity or the source of any data
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

08Intellectual Property

All content within Blood Pressure Diary, including but not limited to the app design, graphics, icons, text, health information articles, and underlying code, is the intellectual property of the developer and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

The "Blood Pressure Diary" name and associated branding may not be used without prior written permission.

09Disclaimer of Warranties

Blood Pressure Diary is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness of health information articles
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
• Compatibility with all Android devices or versions

You use Blood Pressure Diary entirely at your own risk.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the App
• Any errors or inaccuracies in the App's content or health information articles
• Any health decisions made based on data logged in the App
• Loss of data due to device failure, uninstallation, or other causes
• Any interruption or cessation of the App's availability

This limitation applies regardless of whether the damages are based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11Third-Party Services

Blood Pressure Diary integrates Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network for advertising. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of Google and Meta. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.

12Children's Use

Blood Pressure Diary is not intended for children under 13. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 is using the App, please contact us immediately at the email below.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be reflected in app updates and on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Blood Pressure Diary shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts relevant to the location of the developer.
